Battenkill is a go for the boys of Gotham: "The Shovel", "The Terrible", and I will brave the elements in this brutal 80+ mile adventure over the shittiest roads available in upstate New York. An RV trip, no doubt.

My form could be really good or really bad...Depends on the ride time over there. Look, like a true road racer, I'm already making excuses.
I will guarantee, however, a podium for Gotham on the day (by way of Shovel being on the trainer 2-3 hrs a day for Dec and most of Jan).

You're lucky Slacks, I'll be at little event we in the race world call The Sea Otter Classic. Besides, you won't race anyway. You'll be too hungover or something.
